How do you determine the price for each specialty cake?
The prices of our cakes are determined by design and size. Our cakes start at $10 per slice.
Is there a minimum cake order?
Yes, our minimum order is 30 people.
How much notice is required for a cake order?
Cake orders must be made within 2 weeks notice. Wedding cake orders are taken no more than 8 months in advance.
When are appointments?
Appointments are usually on Saturday mornings between 11:00AM and 1:00PM.
Is there a charge for scheduling an appointment/ tasting?
We charge $25.00 for an appointment. If you order a cake, it will be deducted from your bill.
How to pay for the cake?
We accept all major credit card/debit and cash.
Is there a credit card requirement/cancellation policy?
A major credit card is required to secure your appointment if you need to reschedule the appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in advance. If we are not notified your card will be charged $25.00.
Do I need to leave a deposit?
A $100.00 deposit is required at that time. Balance is due two weeks before your event.
Cancellation Policy
Cakes are non refundable two weeks prior to the event. The full payment will be charged.
Do you deliver?
Yes, the price is configured by distance. The minimum price for delivery is $50.00.
What is your Shipping Policy?
Please allow 3-5 days for us to process your order plus 1-2 days for shipping depending on your location. Our shipping service is with FedEx and we ship Monday through Thursday. Please allow for a minimum of 5 days from the time your order is placed to receive your flower pot. All cakes are shipped frozen with dry ice.
Customers outside the 2-day transit time frame for FedEx Ground will be shipped FedEx Express (air).
